Mike Dutt


I've been a Realtor for 14 years, licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Throughout my Real Estate career I've helped hundreds of families and individuals find the home of their dreams. I've also helped a number of investors find profitable investment properties as well as selling a few commercial businesses. My success in Real Estate has allowed me to achieve a Lifetime Membership of the New Castle County Board of Realtors Multimillion Dollar Club as well as the Realty Alliance National Sales Award every year since 1999 which put me in the top 5% of real estate sales in the nation.
 
Previously, I was owner and operator of Mikes Auto Service in Newark as well as a partner in a local Gulf station. My lifetime of local business experience has led me to make many local friends and satisfied clients.
 
I'm proud to be a local resident, born and raised in the Newark area. I still reside locally with my fiance Renai, daughter Andi, our two young sons, Alan and Michael, and Ceasar our Neopoliton Mastiff.
